I was given the name Jonathan Gilbertson at birth, and my friends call me Jon, yet on the web I go by Seeker of Zen. I go by Seeker of Zen, because, that is precisely what I am. Every day I realize the path to enlightenment, and I am absorbed in the life and teachings of Siddhartha Gautama (Buddha). I am very glad to be a part of this site, and I hope it grows immensely!

I like learning and studying languages, especially English, Spanish, and Sanskrit.
I like learning about different cultures.
I'm really into the truth. I want to study it, prove it, learn it, understand it, trust it, and serve it. I don't like to be cheated or lied to, so I try to surround myself with genuine and honest people. I try my best to be as humble as possible in all situations.
I like to read religious scriptures, especially the Bible and Bhagavad-gita As It Is (1972)
